The end of 2014 was full of bold statements foreshadowing the end of emails. A quick look at my inbox was substantiate this is far from true. As with so many business tools emails have just settled into their niche. 2015 finds them somewhere in between the instant message and phone call when it comes to our daily business routine.
Emails are at their best when written with a brief well thought out message, do not carry the weight of five old emails with them, are addressed to the right person and have no grammatical errors when you have accomplished this the last thing to worry about is – What is the best email sign-off?
